So it's definitely my bedtime and I will go to sleep, but not before I write this:

As a part of one's character it is important to be a (wo)man of your word. Mean what you say and Say what you mean. Your word is all you have and if you go back on it, then it means nothing. Your integrity is squandered and you become undependable. Follow Through shows people that you are Who You Say You Are. That you stand for something and it generates Respect.
